All bets placed and transactions processed through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, are your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a suspected compromise to 777ag support.
777ag accepts deposits via the following approved Payment Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 777ag, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your 777ag Account within one minute of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one to three minutes during normal operating hours. 777ag is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider.
By making a deposit, you confirm that: (a) the funds are legitimately owned by you; (b) the funds do not derive from any illegal activity; (c) you are not acting on behalf of any third party; and (d) the payment method you are using is registered in your own name. 777ag reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits it considers unusually large or inconsistent with a player's declared financial profile.
No third-party deposits: Deposits from payment methods not registered in the Account holder's own name are prohibited. If a third-party deposit is identified, 777ag will return the funds to the originating payment method and may suspend the Account pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit from the payment method to which the withdrawal is directed; and (c) met any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds included in the withdrawal amount.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 777ag are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of the offer, including Wagering Requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum win caps. These specific terms are incorporated into these general Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that particular promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a Wagering Requirement of 30x on a bonus of Rp 100.000 means you must place cumulative bets totalling Rp 3.000.000 using those Bonus Funds before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements; contribution rates are published within each promotion's specific terms.
Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered within the validity period specified for the promotion will be automatically removed from your Account balance upon expiry. The validity period begins at the moment the Bonus Funds are credited, not at the moment of first use.
777ag reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close Accounts where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening duplicate Accounts to claim the same welcome bonus multiple times; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms; using automated betting strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements; or consistently betting on high-odds outcomes using Bonus Funds to trigger withdrawal eligibility without genuine play intent.
777ag reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued before a player has completed the associated Wagering Requirement, 777ag will, at its discretion, either allow the player a reasonable additional period to complete wagering or remove the Bonus Funds and return the Account to its pre-bonus state.

Sports betting markets on the 777ag sportsbook — covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and other competitions — are governed by 777ag's sportsbook rules, which are published in full within the sportsbook section of the platform. 777ag reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purposes; (c) the player no longer meets the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3; or (d) a regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires such action.
Where an Account is closed by 777ag due to a player's breach of these Terms, 777ag reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the player's own request (voluntary closure), the remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending dispute or investigation.
